Navajo Nation Department of Water Resources. Principal Hydrologist

Crystal Tulley Cordova grew up in the Navajo Nation; the vast area where she grew up afforded her the opportunity to be an explorer and scientist at an early age. She is a Principal Hydrologist for the Navajo Nation Department of Water Resources – Water Management Branch. She aims to protect and manage the water resources of the Navajo Nation. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in Geology and Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Utah, a Master of Water Resources with a concentration in Hydroscience and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of New Mexico.
