Jordi Vásquez

California Department of Water Resources, Environmental Scientist


Jordi Vásquez is an Environmental Scientist with the California Department of Water Resources working from the South Central Region Office in Fresno for the Climate Change Program. He works to help develop and implement programs designed to increase and promote energy efficiency, water conservation, water recycling, and low impact development in order to reduce energy consumption related to water use in the State. 

Jordi graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in June 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences and came to work in the water sector after consecutive internships at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
